Why I recommend Yoga

I have become a fan of yoga because the longer you’re on crutches, the more you need to work on you flexibility! Some areas that you may wish to consider are your hip flexors and your spine. I do yoga stretches most days to make it easier for me to remain upright and mobile-those are the goals that I have for you as well. This yoga pose is extreme, and I’m not recommending it but I love the words of wisdom: “Yoga is the fountain of youth. You’re only as young as your spine is flexible.” Bob Harper

Parents, it’s never to early to start your child on yoga stretches, I will show you more poses in upcoming posts. You old dogs, like me, quit laughing and give this some consideration 🙂
